OUR CHALLENGES

This project was created while COVID-19 restrictions were in place.

Unable to complete particular research methods. Research and testing had to be conducted online, as restrictions limited personal interaction.

Potential limitations in the diversity of interview participants, as research was unable to be conducted in public.

At times online collaboration tools and platforms were unreliable, since we encountered unstable internet connections and certain content loss in Miro.
